Video, Photos: How Chicago Police Racially Shot Unarmed Black Teenager

      18-year-old Chicago teenager, Paul O'Neal has been brutally shot in the back USA by the Police while fleeing in a stolen black Jagua car.

    Chicago police released the footage on Friday and the footage never hesitated on exposing how the "Unarmed Teenager" was shot in the back.

    Officers pursued him behind and a residential building with guns drawn. They shot him in the back as he fled, chasing him over a fence to get him down.

     The police reportedly started pursuing O'Neal and another unidentified teen in a stolen black Jagua car.

    Finally, O'Neal was caught and handcuffed but he suffered injuries that could later prove fatal from multiple gunshots he hot from the brutal police.

     There'd been condemnations trailing the incident with blacks alleging they were being targeted by the American police officers.

   Meanwhile a Blackman selling CD's outside a Louisiana shop has also been shot dead weeks back.
