Information reaching me now from a credible source has it that the long awaited UNIZIK Post-UTME Form for this 2016 academic session has finally been released. Its now available and sold in many Cyber Café around the country. The screening form is most available in the UNIZIK Campus itself.
For Jambites with UNIZIK as their first and (or) second choice should not hesitate to purchase the form at any available point.
The price at the time of writing this, is yet unknown to me. Endeavour to visit atleast two or three Cyber Café before purchasing form so as not to buy it at a higher price. You can even proceed to UNIZIK Campus where its price is fixed and purchase your screening form there.
NB: Its deadline will be on the 30th day of this September. So please rush and register yours now.
